讨论了高职教师职教能力的相关理论和实践,认为职教能力作为一个系统,不应仅停留为于知识、技能等表象层面的培养:建立基于绩效技术的职教能力培养框架,结合冰山模型,阐述职教能力中的外显因素与内隐因素,并运用优度评价法测算样本,根据结果分析职教能力现状。从个人角度和组织社会角度,提出高职教师职教能力培养的具体措施。最后,通过与传统培养体系的比较,得出相关结论。
This paper discusses the theory and practice of the vocational teachers’ ability of vocational education. It considers that the system of vocational education as a system should not only stay at the visual level of knowledge and skills training, but also build a framework of vocational skills training based on performance technology, Model, expound the explicit factor and implicit factor in vocational education ability, and use goodness-of-fit evaluation method to calculate the sample, and analyze the status quo of vocational education ability according to the result. From the individual point of view and organization of society, put forward specific measures to cultivate the vocational education of vocational teachers. Finally, through the comparison with the traditional training system, draw the conclusion.
