目的:调查了解某部2013年入伍新兵行角膜屈光手术情况。方法:选择我院医疗体系部队2013年入伍新兵4579例,于驻地部队新兵复检和医院每季度例行巡诊期间,前往部队进行卫生宣教和调查,内容包括曾行激光角膜屈光手术新兵的性别、年龄、手术前近视时间、近视程度、手术后至入伍时间、手术医院、手术方式及术后恢复情况等。结果:本组4579例中,入伍前因近视行激光角膜屈光手术570例(1138眼),占12.4%。(1)570例中,男兵行激光角膜屈光手术比例12.3%,显著低于女兵的19.4%(P<0.05)。行激光角膜屈光手术新兵年龄多集中在18岁。(2)行激光角膜屈光手术新兵手术前近视时间1~13年,平均4.31年;手术前近视度数-0.5~-9.5D,平均-3.53D,以中度近视居多;手术后至入伍时间≥6个月仅占13.9%,大多数不足征兵体检标准要求的6个月,其中34.9%的新兵<1个月。(3)271例(47.5%)手术医院为眼科专科医院,247例(43.3%)为三级医院,52例(9.1%)为二级医院。手术方式以基质切削为主,占93.0%,主要为传统准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK),占66.5%。(4)术后视力恢复良好564例(99.0%),视力恢复不佳且存在不适症状6例(1.0%)。结论:某部2013年入伍新兵行激光角膜屈光手术总体情况良好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the corneal refractive surgery performed by a military unit recruited in 2013. Methods: 4579 recruits from medical system units of our hospital were recruited in 2013. During the recheck of recruits from resident units and quarterly regular hospital visits, they went to the units for health education and investigation, including the sex of recruits who had performed laser keratomileusis , Age, preoperative myopia time, degree of myopia, time from enlistment to surgery, operation hospital, operation method and postoperative recovery. Results: Among the 4579 cases in this group, 570 cases (1138 eyes) underwent laser corneal refractive surgery before enlisting, accounting for 12.4%. (1) In 570 cases, the proportion of laser corneal refractive surgery was 12.3% in male soldiers, which was significantly lower than that of female soldiers (19.4%, P <0.05). Line laser corneal refractive surgery more concentrated in the age of 18 recruits. (2) line laser corneal refractive surgery before surgery, myopia for 1 to 13 years, an average of 4.31 years; preoperative myopia -0.5 ~ -9.5D, average -3.53D, mostly in moderate myopia; surgery to the enlistment time More than 6 months accounted for only 13.9%, most of whom were less than 6 months required for medical examination standards, of which 34.9% were recruits <1 month. (3) 271 cases (47.5%) were ophthalmology hospitals, 247 cases (43.3%) were tertiary hospitals and 52 cases (9.1%) were secondary hospitals. Surgical approach to matrix cutting, accounting for 93.0%, mainly for the traditional excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), accounting for 66.5%. (4) There were 564 cases (99.0%) with good visual acuity after recovery, 6 cases (1.0%) with poor visual acuity recovery and discomfort. Conclusion: The laser corneal refractive surgery of a military recruited in 2013 was generally good.
