用散斑照相法测量球形容器表面裂纹应力强度因子

本文用双光束非相干照明的散斑照相术和SCOD法测量了16MnR板试件及受内压球形容器的表面半椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子K_1,并将其实验数据与典型的K_1计算值进行了比较。试验结果表明,工业球罐的径比接近1时,选择合理的平板解则可不考虑曲率的影响。 In this paper, the stress intensity factor K_1 of semi-elliptical cracks on the surface of 16MnR plate and internal pressure spherical vessel was measured by two-beam incoherent illumination speckle photography and SCOD method. The experimental data were compared with the K_1 calculated value A The experimental results show that when the diameter ratio of the industrial spherical tank is close to 1, the influence of the curvature can be ignored by choosing a reasonable flat solution.
