介绍了在302例经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术（PBMV）中所使用的以主动脉根为标志选择穿刺点及以推送穿刺套管为要点的房间隔穿刺法．无1例发生心包出血．顺利完成PBMV．
The atrial septal puncture (APT) method, which uses the aortic root as a marker and the puncture cannula as a key point, is introduced in 302 cases of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). No case of pericardial hemorrhage occurred. Successful completion of PBMV.
