近年来,我国应用微波透热效应局部照射睾丸进行了大量动物实验和部分临床观察。观察的结果表明有显著抑制生精的作用。表现为精子密度的下降;精子活动力下降;死精子及畸形精子升高;曲细精管密度生精上皮不同程度的可复性退变,致使雄性动物暂时失去生育能力,因此具有一定的抗生育效果,可能成为男性避孕的一种理想方法。
