基于1976、1992、2001、2008年的遥感影像,利用“等扇分析法”和基于不等时距的灰色系统方法,分析了延吉市近32年的城市空间扩展过程。在自然、经济、政治、交通等四个主要因素作用下,延吉市城市形态已由团块状转变为星状,城市空间扩展主要沿“布尔哈通河”东西两向、“烟集河”向北三个条带扩展,且这三个条带扩展强度较高;2001~2008年间,城市空间在各方向的扩展差异减小,改变了以往过分集中于少数几个方向的状况。从不等时距的灰色预测结果看,2015、2020年延吉市城市建成区的面积将分别达到106.621和149.516km2,仍将保持快速扩展趋势,且扩展数量较大,而目前延吉市除农业、生态保护用地外,周围可供城市化的土地资源较少,因此建议积极进行规划管理,集约利用土地,实现科学发展,避免城市过分膨胀。
Based on the remote sensing images of 1976, 1992, 2001 and 2008, the spatial expansion process of Yanji City in recent 32 years was analyzed by using “fan analysis method” and gray system based on unequal time interval. Under the influence of the four major factors of nature, economy, politics and transportation, the urban form of Yanji City has been transformed into a star shape from a clump to a clump. The urban space expansion mainly runs along the “Boerhaitong River” The “Three Rivers” extended to the north, and the strength of the three bands was high. From 2001 to 2008, the difference in the expansion of urban space in all directions decreased, which changed the previous situation of over-concentration in a few directions . Judging from the gray prediction results at different time intervals, the urban built-up areas in Yanji City will reach 106.621 and 149.516km2 in 2015 and 2020, respectively, and will maintain a rapid expansion trend with large expansion. At present, except for agriculture, As for the land for ecological protection, there is less land resources available for urbanization. Therefore, it is suggested to actively carry out planning and management, make intensive use of land, realize scientific development and avoid excessive urban expansion.
