目的测定喙尾琵琶甲干虫、鲜虫的提取物、分泌液的多酚类物质含量。方法用无水乙醇提取、溶解多酚类物质,以没食子酸作为对照品,采用福林酚比色法在波长765 nm处测定吸光度,并计算各类提取物多酚类的含量。结果喙尾琵琶甲干虫体、鲜虫体,乙醇刺激分泌物及直接刺激收集的防御液中多酚含量分别为(4.80±0.02),(8.07±0.59),(10.91±0.40),(34.44±0.14)mg·g~(-1)。结论喙尾琵琶甲虫体及其受刺激后分泌的防御液中均含有多酚类成分,其中鲜虫体中的含量高于干燥后含量。
Aim To determine the content of polyphenols in extracts, exudates, Methods Extract polyphenols with anhydrous ethanol and take gallic acid as reference substance. The absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 765 nm by Fulin phenol colorimetric method, and the content of polyphenols was calculated. Results The contents of polyphenols in freshwater body, fresh body, ethanol-stimulated secretion and defensive liquid collected by direct stimulation were (4.80 ± 0.02), (8.07 ± 0.59), (10.91 ± 0.40), (34.44 ± 0.14) mg · g -1. CONCLUSION Polyphenols are contained in the body of Beauveria bassiana and its defense fluid secreted after stimulation, of which the content of fresh beetles is higher than that after drying.
