本文根据工程机械中机架构件离散性的特点,将有限元结构分析技术和离散优化技术结合起来,提出了机架结构CAD系统。它能够对复杂的机架结构进行科学计算。在满足应力、位移和几何尺寸约束的条件下,能够直接获得符合工程实际的设计方案。它的微型机人机会话图形处理功能使用户十分方便。它适合于机架结构或其它工程刚架结构的计算机辅助设计。通过一个车架的计算实例说明它在工程机械中的应用前景是十分令人鼓舞的。
According to the discrete characteristic of frame components in construction machinery, this paper combines the finite element analysis technology and discrete optimization technology, and puts forward the frame structure CAD system. It enables the scientific calculation of complex rack structures. Under the conditions of meeting the stress, displacement and geometric constraints, it is possible to directly obtain a design that is in line with engineering practice. Its miniature human machine conversation graphics processing function makes the user very convenient. It is suitable for computer aided design of frame structures or other engineered frame structures. Through the calculation example of a frame, it is very encouraging to see that it is applied in construction machinery.
