:阐述了磁盘高点的形成及其铲刮技术,并着重论述了铲刮头的静特性设计和实验研究。铲刮是用超硬材料制成的铲刮头浮动块去碰撞磁盘表面上的高点来完成的。铲刮头分为正压型与负压型两种。文中分析计算了这两种铲刮头的静特性。实验表明,这些铲刮头在磁盘表面上可以稳定地浮动,其头盘间隙可控制在 0.1~0.2μm。它们可以高效地铲刮高于 0.2 μm的高点。
: Describes the formation of the high point of the disk and its scraping technology, and emphatically discusses the static characteristics of the scraper head design and experimental research. Scraping is done with a scalloped slider made of superhard material to hit the high point on the disk surface. Scraping head is divided into positive and negative pressure type two. The paper analyzes and calculates the static characteristics of the two blade scraping heads. Experiments show that these scraper scraper head in the disk surface can be a stable floating, the head disk clearance can be controlled at 0.1 ~ 0.2μm. They efficiently scoop highs above 0.2 μm.
