利用熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形技术制备了 TiC颗粒增强 7075 Al基复合材料.测试了复合材料的拉伸性能.结 果表明:在预制块中选取 Ti:C=1:1配比,复合材料中存在较多的条、块状 Al3Ti相,致使复合材料的拉伸强度和延伸率均比未 增强合金低;选取Ti:C=1:1.3的配比,有助于消除Al3Ti脆性相,提高复合材料的拉伸强度.进一步讨论了提高熔铸-原位反 应喷射沉积成形 7075/TiC Al基复合材料拉伸强度的途径.
TiC particle reinforced 7075 Al matrix composites were prepared by melt casting - in situ reactive spray deposition. Tensile properties of the composites were tested. The results show that: in the pre-block selected Ti: C = 1: 1 ratio, the composite material is more bar, block Al3Ti phase, resulting in the tensile strength and elongation of the composite materials are lower than the non-enhanced alloy; selection Ti: C = 1: 1.3 ratio, helps to eliminate Al3Ti brittle phase, improve the tensile strength of the composite material. The ways to improve the tensile strength of 7075 / TiC Al matrix composites by melt casting-in-situ reactive spray deposition were also discussed.
