不少化学物质对人有致癌作用。本文运用生物化学、有机化学、遗传学理论,通过对人们日常生活联系紧密的3,4-苯并芘致癌以及发生在人体内生化反应的讨论,侧重从生物化学角度谈稠环芳烃结构与致癌活性、致癌代谢途径、致癌机理等。
Many chemicals are carcinogenic to humans. In this paper, biochemical, organic chemistry and genetic theories are used to discuss the formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and carcinogenesis from the perspective of biochemistry through the discussion of the carcinogenicity of 3,4-benzopyrene and the occurrence of biochemical reactions in humans. Active, carcinogenic metabolic pathways, carcinogenic mechanisms, etc.
