采用反应合成制备技术与大塑性变形加工技术,研究了银氧化锡(AgSnO2)、银氧化铜(AgCuO)、银氧化钇(AgY2O3)3种电接触复合材料的组织均匀化。结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,通过反应合成技术所制备的3种电接触复合材料具有不同的显微组织形貌。产生这种现象的原因主要是合金体系中元素性质不同,使得反应合成制备中元素的扩散机制不同所造成的。通过大塑性变形加工,能够对不同显微组织形貌复合材料的显微组织进行均匀化处理,只是对于不同的材料体系,对大塑性变形强度有不同的要求。
The homogenization of three kinds of electrical contact composite materials, AgSnO2, AgCuO and AgY2O3, was studied by reaction synthesis and large plastic deformation processing. The results show that under the same process conditions, the three kinds of electrical contact composites prepared by the reaction synthesis technology have different microstructures. The main reason for this phenomenon is the different nature of the elements in the alloy system, making the synthesis of elements in the reaction mechanism of diffusion caused by different. Through plastic deformation processing, the microstructure of composite materials with different microstructure can be homogenized, but different material systems have different requirements on the plastic deformation strength.
