将TNT与离体人红细胞温育观察了TNT对红细胞的毒性。结果表明,TNT可诱发人红细胞高铁血红蛋白和超氧阴离子自由基,两者同时形成,并伴有还原型谷胱甘肽的耗竭。这些影响呈明显的剂量-效应和时间-效应关系。
Toxicity of TNT to erythrocytes was observed by incubating TNT with human erythrocytes. The results show that TNT can induce human erythrocyte methemoglobin and superoxide anion free radicals, both formed at the same time, accompanied by the depletion of reduced glutathione. These effects show a significant dose-effect and time-effect relationship.
