不同来源转炉钢渣之间的胶凝活性差异较大,为研究开发出对其胶凝活性进行快速评价的方法,采用蒸发-冷凝法对不同来源钢渣中的化学活性组分进行了快速溶出提取试验,研究了其溶出特性与溶出机理,结合钢渣胶凝材料胶砂试验,系统分析了钢渣溶出特性与胶凝材料强度性能之间的关系。研究结果表明,各钢渣化学活性组分的溶出量差异显著,溶出过程符合由固膜扩散控制的收缩未反应核模型特征。钢渣的溶出特性与钢渣胶凝性能之间存在显著的线性关系,利用(CaO+Al2O3)溶出量等评价指标可快速地对不同来源钢渣的胶凝活性作出比较准确的评价。
In order to research and develop a rapid evaluation method for gelatinization activity of converter slag from different sources, a rapid dissolution and extraction test was conducted on the chemically active components from different sources of steel slag using the method of evaporation and condensation , The dissolution characteristics and dissolution mechanism were studied. Combined with the mortar experiment of steel slag cementitious material, the relationship between the dissolution characteristics of steel slag and the strength performance of cementitious material was systematically analyzed. The results show that there is significant difference in the elution amount of chemically active components of each steel slag, and the dissolution process accords with the characteristics of shrinkage and unreacted core model controlled by solid film diffusion. There is a significant linear relationship between the dissolution characteristics of steel slag and the gelation performance of steel slag. Using the evaluation index (CaO + Al2O3), the gelation activity of steel slag from different sources can be evaluated more accurately.
