目的检测EphB4蛋白和微血管密度(MVD)在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况及它们与结直肠癌生物学特性的关系。方法选取手术切除并经病理证实的结直肠癌标本63例、正常结直肠组织25例,应用免疫组织化学法检测EphB4蛋白的表达及MVD水平。结果(1)EphB4蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的阳性率为65.1%(41/63),正常组织中则为28.0%(7/25),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EphB4蛋白阳性表达的结直肠癌组织中MVD为41.00±7.76,阴性表达组为32.91±10.27,EphB4蛋白阳性表达组MVD水平高于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。(2)结直肠癌组织中EphB4蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴转移及Dukes分期有密切关系(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及部位无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 EphB4蛋白是反映结直肠癌进展程度的重要指标,与肿瘤的生长及转移密切相关。“,” Objective To investigate the expression of EphB4 and microvessel density(MVD)levels in colorectal carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between the expression of EphB4 and the bionomics of colorectal carcinoma.
