因为交流电机是一个复杂控制对象 ,很难建立精确数学模型 ,而模糊控制器不需要被控对象的精确数学模型且对控制对象的参数变化不敏感 ,鲁棒性强 ,故选用模糊控制方案。论述了采用模糊控制实现三相交流异步电动机主轴定位的设计思路、模糊控制器的设计过程及定位系统的硬件连接。通过软硬件调试结果证明了控制方案的正确性。将模糊控制应用在异步机定位控制系统中 ,异步机采用能耗制动方式 ,并加入自组织模糊控制策略 ,进一步提高了系统的定位精度 ,该系统定位误差≤ 0 .7°
Because the AC motor is a complex control object, it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. However, the fuzzy controller does not need the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object and is insensitive to the parameter changes of the controlled object. Therefore, the fuzzy control scheme is selected. The design idea of using fuzzy control to realize the spindle positioning of three-phase AC induction motor, the design process of fuzzy controller and the hardware connection of positioning system are discussed. The result of software and hardware debugging proves the correctness of the control scheme. The fuzzy control is applied to the asynchronous machine positioning control system, the asynchronous machine adopts the energy consumption braking mode, and adds the self-organizing fuzzy control strategy to further improve the system’s positioning accuracy. The system positioning error is less than or equal to 0.7
