温度应力作用下直埋供热管道非线性屈曲分析

直埋供热管道在温度应力作用下的屈曲变形是管道设计的一个重要问题。应用有限元软件ANSYS,建立三维管土相互作用的有限元模型,模拟出温度应力作用下管道非线性屈曲变形过程。对不同的管道埋深、管径、管土摩擦系数以及初始缺陷等影响因素进行参数化分析,得出了不同因素影响下管道的临界屈曲温差和屈曲变形规律。结论表明在初始缺陷小,埋深大,管径大等情况下直埋供热管道具有较强的整体稳定性。 Buried heat pipe buckling deformation under temperature stress is an important issue of pipeline design. The finite element model of three-dimensional pipe-soil interaction was established by using finite element software ANSYS to simulate the nonlinear buckling deformation of pipe under temperature stress. The parametric analysis of different factors such as depth of buried pipe, diameter of pipe, friction coefficient of pipe and soil, and initial defects were carried out. The critical buckling temperature difference and buckling deformation of pipe under different factors were obtained. The conclusion shows that the buried pipeline has a strong overall stability under the conditions of small initial defects, large buried depth and large diameter.
