本实验用INS治疗STZ-DM大鼠,主要通过形态现察对比在正常饮食条件下DM状态和用INS治疗后主动脉早期AS病变。结果显示治疗组动物血清INS水平接近对照组,但血管病变却明显重于DM组。结果表明INS对动脉壁的影响有促进发生AS的作用。
In this experiment, INS was used to treat STZ-DM rats. The morphological observations were used to compare DM status under normal diet conditions and early aortic AS lesions after INS treatment. The results showed that serum INS levels in the treatment group were similar to those in the control group, but vascular lesions were significantly heavier than those in the DM group. The results show that the effect of INS on the arterial wall promotes the occurrence of AS.
