本文所叙述的铜—石墨—氟化锂和铜—石墨—氟化钙粉末冶金密封材料,是摩擦系数小、耐磨损、使用寿命长的新型气、液密封材料。这种密封材料适用于压力为98N 左右的气、液动密封。与金属浸渍石墨密封材料相比,其性能更为优良,使用寿命提高4—6倍。着重叙述了铜—石墨—氟化锂、铜—石墨—氟化钙材料的制备,其摩擦系数及磨损的测定,以及添加元素对这种材料磨损性能的影响,并进行了初步分析与讨论。
The copper-graphite-lithium fluoride and copper-graphite-calcium fluoride powder metallurgy sealing materials described in this paper are new gas and liquid sealing materials with small friction coefficient, wear resistance and long service life. This sealing material is suitable for the pressure of about 98N gas, hydraulic seal. Compared with metal impregnated graphite sealing material, its performance is more excellent, the service life is improved 4-6 times. The preparation of copper-graphite-lithium fluoride, copper-graphite-calcium fluoride materials, the determination of their friction coefficient and wear, as well as the influence of added elements on the wear properties of the materials are mainly described. The preliminary analysis and discussion are also given.
