目前测定轧制过程的摩擦系数方法很多,其中,前滑法具有操作简单,受外界因素影响较小等优点。实验结果证明:当压下量较小时,由于变形分布不均匀,用前滑法测定出之摩擦系数值与实际数值相差甚远,完全不能用。而当压下量大于20%时所测出摩擦系数值误差在工程要求范围内,这时可用前滑法代替最大咬入角法、楔形试件法等测定摩擦系数。
At present, there are many ways to measure the friction coefficient of the rolling process. Among them, the former slip method has the advantages of simple operation, less influence by external factors and the like. The experimental results show that when the reduction is small, the friction coefficient measured by the forward slip method is far from the actual value due to the uneven distribution of the deformation and can not be used at all. When the reduction is greater than 20%, the measured friction coefficient error is within the scope of engineering requirements. In this case, the friction factor can be determined by the method of forward slip instead of the maximum bite angle method and wedge-shaped specimen method.
