天麻菌材原料的开发

在价格上扬与种植技术进步的双重因素的推动下,近几年天麻生产有很大发展,但由于各产区培育天麻蜜环菌菌材的原料单调,大多只取材于几种壳斗科树种,特别是老产区,采伐量长期超过生长量,致使培育蜜环菌的菌材资源日趋枯竭,严重影响持续生产。为了解决天麻生产的原料问题,充分利用自然资源,促进生态良性循环,提高天麻产量,笔者从1991年开始用多种原料进行培菌和种植试验,获得良好效果。现将几种新原料及其处理方法介绍如下: Driven by the dual factors of rising prices and technological advances in plantation, the production of gastrodia elata has great development in recent years. In order to solve the problem of raw materials for gastrodia tuber production, make full use of natural resources, promote the virtuous circle of ecology and increase the yield of gastrodia tuber, we started the experiment of cultivating bacteria and planting with a variety of raw materials from 1991 and obtained good results.
