去年下半年到今年一月,我跑了一些企业,发现了一些问题,特别是在设备管理和设备使用上发现了不少问题。我和有关同志商量了几次,认为当前必须强调的有这样几个问题。 一、当前不少企业的利润减少,同设备管理有关 1987年市属预算内工业企业,一个时期利润减少很多,效益不太好。问题在哪里?大家都把眼睛盯在原材料涨价上。但是忽视了一个很重要的问题,就是设备管理、设备利用不合理。例如昆明啤酒厂由于装酒生产线运行不正常,酒损率达27.6%,瓶损率达12.6%,大大超过国家标准和去年的指标,单这一项一年下来要损失4000吨啤酒,就是几百万元。只要在这方面降低一个百分点,几万元就回来了。所以从当前情况讲,设备管理不能不引起各级领导
