女性,25岁,上海籍,住院号155033。因低热,突眼2年余于1977年3月12日住院。患者出生时体重3.5kg,无颅脑创伤、脑炎和昏迷史。父、母及同胞均健,身材皆不矮小。体检:体温37℃,脉搏96次,呼吸24次,血压140/90。身长141cm,尚匀称,体重37.51kg。两眼稍前突,甲状腺稍肿大,有杂音,胸廓扁平。心界不大,心尖区内侧扪及收缩期震颤。心率96次,律齐,胸骨右缘及左缘第二肋间处闻及Ⅰ～Ⅱ级收缩期和舒张期吹风样杂音;收缩期杂音向两侧颈部传导,舒张期杂音向胸及心尖传导。心尖第一心音附近可听到附加音,两肺呼吸音清晰。腹软,肝肋下1cm,质软,脾未及。两手指轻微震颤。颈较短,呈轻度颈蹼,后发际低。轻度肘外翻。第二性征缺如。乳房未发育,无腋、阴毛,外阴呈幼女型。神经系统无特殊发现。实验室检查:白细胞12,400,红细胞365万,血红蛋白10.8g,血小板 Female, 25 years old, Shanghai nationality, hospital number 155033 Due to fever, exophthalmos more than 2 years in March 12, 1977 hospitalization.
