北安市是正在建设中的黑龙江省北部区域性中心城市，供水不足制约着中心城市建设步伐．本文分析了前期各供水方案的利弊，提出闹龙河水库和乌裕尔河筑低坝提水联合向北安供水方案，并论述该方案的可行住，确认该方案是解决北安市城区近期或中期供求的最佳方案．供领导和专家决策时参考．
Bei’an City is a regional central city in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province under construction. The shortage of water supply restricts the pace of construction of the central city. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of previous water supply schemes, and proposes a joint water supply plan to the Bei’an water supply system between the Xiaolonghe Reservoir and the Wuyuerhe River to build a low dam, and discusses the feasibility of the plan. It is confirmed that the solution is to solve the urban area of Bei’an City in the near future. Or the best solution for the mid-term supply and demand.
