《湍流大气中激光能量输运的相关问题研究》是物理与电子工程学院季小玲教授于2011年获得立项的国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目编号为61178070。能源和环保问题是人类今后将面临的两大严峻问题。地球之外有丰富的太阳能,利用激光辐射把转换的太阳能输运到地面上是一个全球性的再生能源新概念。之前的工作仅限于提出了利用自聚焦效应可减少对发射器和接收器尺寸的要求,将强激光束从空间轨道输运到地面。然而,对于强激光的大气传输,光束畸变以及大气非均匀湍流等因素对光束质量的影响是十分显著的。本项目研究了球差效应对强激光大气能量
“Research on Related Issues of Laser Energy Transport in Turbulent Atmosphere” is a National Natural Science Foundation of China project approved by Professor Ji Xiaoling of Institute of Physics and Electronic Engineering in 2011 with the project number of 61178070. Energy and environmental protection are two major problems that mankind will face in the future. Abundant solar energy outside the earth, the use of laser radiation to transport the converted solar energy to the ground is a new global concept of renewable energy. Previous work has been limited to proposing the use of self-focusing effects to reduce the size of transmitters and receivers required to transport strong laser beams from space orbit to the ground. However, the influence on the beam quality of the laser beam is very significant for atmospheric transmission of strong laser, beam distortion and atmospheric non-uniform turbulence.
