目的:观察穿山龙对胰岛素抵抗的糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:以高脂饲料+小剂量链脲佐菌素(30mg/Kg)制备胰岛素抵抗的糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为穿山龙组、文迪雅组、对照组。正常组一直以普通饲料饲养。实验组分别给予穿山龙、文迪雅、蒸馏水灌胃,至血糖下降至正常组平均水平或与造模时相比有显著性差异为治疗有效,有效者处死,若至总灌胃时间3个月时则无论是否治疗有效均处死,并测定不同时期的体重、尿素氮、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、胰岛素。结果:高脂饮食1月斤实验组大鼠体重及胰岛素明显升高,注射STZ后实验组大鼠血糖明显升高:药物干预后各实验组大鼠各实验阶段GLU、BUN、CRE、TC、TG、ins和体重的差异均有显著性,其中穿山龙组利文迪雅组GLU明显下降,穿山龙纤血-糖较治疗前平均下降8.49mol/L(约40%),文迪雅组血糖下降7.03mmol/L(约33%):两组胰岛素均明显高于对照组,且文迪雅组高于穿山龙组,但均未达到正常水平;各实验组的TC、TG均明显下降。结论:穿山龙与文迪雅有相似的降糖作用,且胰岛素增敏作用可能优于文迪雅。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Chuan Shan Long on insulin resistance in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats with insulin resistance were induced by high-fat diet + low dose of streptozotocin (30mg / Kg), and were randomly divided into Chuan Shan Long group, Wendyya group and control group. The GLU of Levydine group was significantly decreased in Chuan mountain Long group and 8.49 mol / L (about 40%) in Chuan mountain Lung fibrillation - mmol / L (about 33%): Insulin in both groups was significantly higher than that in control group, and the Avandia group was higher than that of Chuan Shan Long group, but did not reach the normal level; TC, TG of each experimental group decreased significantly. Conclusion: There is a similar hypoglycemic effect of miticola and Avandia, and insulin sensitivity may be better than that of Avandia.
