随着电力体制的深化改革以及国家清洁能源政策,火电投资规模受到国家的限制,在激烈的市场竞争条件下,火电施工企业不断的进行改革,内部不断强化管理,外部不断扩大市场,以此来增强企业的核心竞争力,而企业的管理中关键的内容是施工项目管理,该文主要从质量管理、安全管理、经营管理、进度管理以及精神文明建设方面阐述项目管理的方式。
