作为陕西省唯一连续援藏两届的干部,2011年是他援藏的第5年。第二次进藏时,有人劝他:阿里那么遥远,条件艰苦,物质匮乏,作为年轻县级干部,内地更好。他坦言:“割舍不下父母妻女,但让祖国414.75公里边防稳定,1.25万平方公里国土安宁,9058年藏族民众富裕,是我的理想信念。” As the only cadre in Shaanxi Province who has been in possession of two consecutive Aid for Tibet, 2011 is the fifth year he assisted Tibet.
