为了缩小财政赤字而削减公务员，发达国家政府从本身固有的弊病与财政赤字的关系去进行反省，从而大刀阔斧地削减公务员。发达国家的这一举措对我国的行政改革有一定的启示。
In order to reduce the fiscal deficit and cut civil servants, the developed country governments made introspection from the inherent shortcomings of their own and the budget deficit so as to drastically cut civil servants. This measure of developed countries has some enlightenment on our country’s administrative reform.
