随着企业管理模式的发展,加强企业绩效评价系统的管理程度成为企业发展的基石。企业绩效评价体系是结合统计学、概率学、运筹学、会计管理等多种学科方法,对整个企业绩效仿照一定的考核评价指标进行系统、合理的分析和管理。文章结合企业发展的实际现状,对小微工业企业绩效系统进行了分析,并提出了有助于企业发展的措施。
With the development of enterprise management mode, strengthening the management of enterprise performance evaluation system has become the cornerstone of enterprise development. Enterprise performance evaluation system is a combination of statistics, probability, operations research, accounting management and other disciplines, the entire enterprise performance modeled on a certain assessment of the evaluation indicators for systematic and reasonable analysis and management. Based on the actual situation of enterprise development, this article analyzes the performance system of small and micro industrial enterprises, and puts forward some measures to help the development of enterprises.
