在离体培养的大鼠肠道菌群中加入类叶升麻苷进行厌氧孵育。采用HPLC监测类叶升麻苷在不同孵育时间点的变化,同时运用HPLC-Q-TOF-MS鉴定类叶升麻苷的代谢产物。结果表明离体的大鼠肠道菌群可以对类叶升麻苷进行代谢,代谢产物分别是3,4-二羟基苯乙醇、咖啡酸和3-(3’-羟苯基)丙酸。
Acetylthioglucoside was added to the intestinal flora of rat isolated in vitro for anaerobic incubation. HPLC-Q-TOF-MS was used to identify the metabolites of acteoside. HPLC was used to monitor the changes of acteoside at different incubation times. The results showed that the isolated rat intestinal flora can metabolize acteoside with the metabolites 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol, caffeic acid and 3- (3’-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid, respectively.
