肾脏在维持钙磷平衡上有着重要的作用,但长期行血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者极易导致骨营养不良和磷代谢的紊乱,也是维持性血液透析(MHD)的常见并发症之一~[1]。一旦患者体内钙磷代谢异常极易导致骨密度改变。本研究主要检测60例CRF患者MHD血清中P、Ca、i PTH、ALP、Hcy水平与骨密度相关性。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选2013年6月在本院血液净化中心
