为了解黄浦江上游河道水域中的土著鱼类种类结构及体重与可量性状关系,2013年3月—5月在黄浦江上游河道中对土著鱼类进行了调查分析。测定全长、体长、头长、吻长、眼径、眼间距、体高、尾长、尾柄长、尾柄高等10个形态学可量性状指标以及体重,并利用线性回归和幂函数回归拟合了体重与形态学可量性状的关系。结果显示,共捕获鲤形目、鲈形目和鲇形目3个目中的鲤科(Cyprinidae)、鲿科(Bagridae)、鳢科(Channidae)、塘鳢科(Eleotridae)等4科12属14种土著鱼类。黄浦江上游河道中捕获的鱼类种类相对较少;除了棒花鱼种群拟合度不高(R~2接近0.7)外,其它几种鱼类的体重与形态学可量性状的拟合度均很高(R~2>0.9),拟合方程可以作为本水域土著鱼类种质资源标准化整理、整合的数据信息。
In order to understand the relationship between indigenous fish species structure and body weight and measurable traits in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River, indigenous fish species were surveyed in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River from March to May 2013. In addition to the low fitness of the fish (R ~ 2 = 0.7), the fitness of several other species of fish, (R ~ 2> 0.9). The fitting equation can be used as the standard data for the consolidation and integration of indigenous fish germplasm resources in this area.
