产业集群外部联系对集群发展有关键影响,产业集群外部联系也具有独特的演化进程。以典型的轮轴式产业集群为研究对象,并以Sialkot外科器材产业集群为案例,分析其外部联系动态变化的过程及特征。研究发现,外部联系对轮轴式集群的发展具有显著的推动作用,且出口贸易这一外部联系形式的推动作用尤为关键;此外,外部联系作用的发挥以同集群的内部能力协同发展为前提。最后,针对我国轮轴式集群的发展情况提出了建议。 The external influence of industrial cluster has a key influence on the development of cluster, and the external relationship of industrial cluster also has a unique evolutionary process. Taking a typical axle-hub industrial cluster as the research object, this paper analyzes the process and characteristics of the dynamic change of the external link with Sialkot surgical equipment cluster. It is found that the external linkages play a significant role in promoting the development of the hub-cum-cluster, and the impetus of the external linkages of the export trade is particularly crucial. In addition, the external linkages play a role in the coordinated development with the internal capabilities of the cluster. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of China’s axle cluster.
