一、工程概况 本工程地处沈阳市繁华地段的太原街,总建筑面积10600m~2,基坑平面尺寸为51.5×37.8m。采用三种护坡形式,其中BC、DE段基坑挖土深度7.30m,采用间距0.5m长度9.0m的I20α工字钢桩,DC段为放坡开挖。由于AB段与机电公司营业楼相邻,该楼是一幢建于70年代初期的四层砖混结构。其面向基坑一侧的端山墙上部墙体已有明显裂缝,且楼内经营精密仪器,要求施工中不得有强烈振动,同时,端山墙距基坑边缘只有3.0m,场地窄
I. Project Overview The project is located in Taiyuan Street in the prosperous area of Shenyang City. The total construction area is 10600m2, and the plan size of the foundation pit is 51.5×37.8m. Three types of slope protection are adopted, in which the excavation depth of the foundation pits of BC and DE sections is 7.30m. I20α I-beams with a length of 9.0m and a spacing of 0.5m are used. The DC section is used for grading excavation. Since AB segment is adjacent to the electromechanical company’s business building, this building is a four-story brick-concrete structure built in the early 1970s. There are obvious cracks on the side wall facing the side of the foundation pit, and precision instruments are built inside the building. No strong vibration is required during construction. At the same time, the end gable is only 3.0m away from the edge of the foundation pit and the site is narrow.
