四川省农机局于 2000年 8月底在成都举办了全省农机系统国家公务员培训班。参加这次培训的学员是我省各市、地、州农机局的局级领导干部。在这次学习班上，参培学员围绕“西部大开发农机怎么办”的问题展开了认真而热烈的讨论，并完成了相关论文。本刊选出部分论文摘要刊出，提供学习参考。
Agricultural Machinery Bureau of Sichuan Province held a training course for state civil servants in the province’s agricultural machinery system in Chengdu at the end of August 2000. The trainees participating in this training are bureau-level leading cadres of agricultural bureau of all cities, prefectures and prefectures in our province. In this study class, participants took a serious and enthusiastic discussion on the issue of “how to do farm machinery in the western region” and completed related papers. Some articles published in the abstracts published to provide learning reference.
