选择三种不同来源的ZSM-5分子筛原粉,研究了它们的甲苯乙醇乙基化反应性能及其稳定性。NL分子筛晶粒小、强酸中心数低是其具有良好的乙基化反应性能和稳定性的主要原因。在NL原粉基础上,制备了具有一定稳定性的乙基化催化剂Z937。
Three different origins of ZSM-5 zeolite raw powders were selected to study their ethylbenzene-ethylbenzene reactivity and their stability. NL zeolite small grains, low number of strong acid center is its main reason for good ethylation performance and stability. Based on the original NL powder, a stable ethylation catalyst Z937 was prepared.
