以上五方面是钢琴演奏前心理训练的具体方 法。但我们知道,演奏前准备工作做得再充分、再 细致,临场都有可能出现偶发情况,因为临场前 的紧张乃至怯场,是一种比较普遍的心理现象, 即使是成熟的钢琴演奏家也常会出现这种情况, 而问题则在于你怎样在临场时改变和克服这种状 态,或把影响减少到最低限度。作为老师应把自 己的一些临场经验、体会、克服紧张的方法传授 给学生,帮助他们松缓紧张的情绪、增强自信心、 全神贯注于演奏当中。根据自己在实践中的一些 粗浅体会,我将克服临场紧张的方法归纳为以下 几点:
