对高中语文教学中出现的“高投入低产出”现象进行分析,其成因主要有四个方面:应试理念导致教师未能充分尊重学生主体地位;题海战术、时间战术使教师忽视对学生进行语文学习技巧指导;学生的消极情绪未能及时得到疏导;高中生语文学习的差异性在教学中未能得到充分兼顾。高中语文教师应当进行有针对性的优化:尊重学生主体地位,提高其自主学习能力;强化学习技巧指点;注重心理疏导干预,激发积极学习情绪;实施分层教学,促进学生整体发展。
The causes of “high input, low output” appeared in Chinese teaching in senior high schools are mainly due to four factors: the concept of examination leads to the teachers fail to fully respect the students’ subjective status; the question of sea tactics and time tactics make teachers ignore Students learn Chinese language skills guidance; students’ negative emotions can not be promptly diverted; differences in the language learning of senior high school students in teaching failed to take full account. High school language teachers should be targeted to optimize: respect for the dominant position of students, improve their ability to learn independently; strengthen learning skills guidance; pay attention to psychological counseling and intervention to stimulate positive learning sentiment; implementation of hierarchical teaching to promote the overall development of students.
