本实验观察了脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)对鸡胚关节软骨的作用。结果表明,DON对关节软骨细胞具有明显的毒性作用,其超微结构的改变主要为软骨细胞膜系统的损伤。软骨细胞质膜节段性缺损;线粒体嵴断裂溶解,膜结构模糊;粗面内质网断裂,核蛋白体脱粒;并出现大量变性空泡;软骨基质变疏松、崩解。在给予相同剂量的同时,补充5μg硒,软骨细胞损伤程度明显减轻,质膜、核膜均完整,软骨基质未见异常,仅见部分核蛋白体脱粒。本实验证实DON引起骨细胞损伤及硒具有保护作用,可以初步认为在大骨节病的发病上,镰刀菌毒素具有不可忽视的作用。
In this experiment, the effects of deoxynivalenol (DON) on chicken articular cartilage were observed. The results showed that DON had obvious toxic effects on articular chondrocytes, and the ultrastructural changes of DON were mainly the damage of chondrocyte membrane system. Chondrocytes segmental membrane defects; mitochondrial cristae dissolved fracture, membrane structure fuzzy; rough endoplasmic reticulum rupture, thrombolysis; and a large number of degeneration of vacuoles; matrix loose loose, disintegration. In the same dose given at the same time, supplementation of 5μg of selenium, chondrocyte injury significantly reduced the plasma membrane, the nuclear membrane are intact, no abnormal cartilage matrix, only to see part of the nuclear protein body threshing. This experiment confirmed that DON causes injury of osteocytes and selenium has a protective effect, we can initially believe that the incidence of Kashin-Beck disease, Fusarium toxins can not be ignored.
