本文对我国12个不同硒水平地区的土壤pH、腐殖质与水溶性硒的关系进行了研究。试验发现,土壤pH与水溶性硒含量是正相关,土壤腐殖质则与水溶性硒呈负相关(r=0.180,n=131,p<0.040)。说明土壤pH与腐殖质是影响硒的生物利用率的重要因素。提示改良低硒环境可根据土壤性质,通过土壤pH和施加有机肥等不同方式来提高土壤硒水平。
In this paper, the relationship between soil pH, humus and water-soluble selenium in 12 different selenium levels in China was studied. The results showed that soil pH was positively correlated with water-soluble selenium and soil humus was negatively correlated with water-soluble selenium (r = 0.180, n = 131, p <0.040). It shows that soil pH and humus are important factors affecting the bioavailability of selenium. Prompted to improve the low selenium environment according to the nature of the soil, through the soil pH and the application of organic manure and other different ways to improve soil selenium levels.
