合成了3种新型二双齿钛系烯烃聚合催化剂[C3H6(N=CH-Ar-O)2]TiCl2(Ar=5-tert-butyl-C6H3(3a),3-tert-butyl-C6H3(3b),3-methyl-C6H3(3c)),通过IR,1HNMR和元素分析对化合物进行表征,并且通过X射线单晶衍射分析测定了催化剂3a的晶体结构.在助催化剂甲基铝氧烷(MAO)的作用下,研究了3a~3c对乙烯聚合的能力,发现该类催化剂具有高的催化活性、聚合条件温和、可以得到不同分子量的聚乙烯等特点.而且取代基、反应温度和Al/Ti摩尔比对催化剂活性和聚合物分子量均有较大的影响.
