随着社会飞速发展,价值多元化的冲击,网络媒体的运用渗透,社会形态、社会思潮的急剧变化,大学生身心承受着来自家庭、社会、学校等多方面的压力,为使得大学生身心健康发展,本论文以舞蹈活动为调查切入点,分析大学生身心变化情况,探讨“舞动”对大学生身心健康不同层面影响有什么作用,希望探讨一种注重身心结合、艺术表达的模式来关注大学生心理健康。
With the rapid development of society, the impact of diversified values, the infiltration of online media use, the dramatic changes in social forms and social thoughts, the undergraduates are under the pressure of family, society and school. In order to make college students develop physically and mentally, This dissertation takes dance activities as the starting point of investigation, analyzes the change of college students’ physical and mental condition, and explores the effect of “Dancing ” on different levels of physical and mental health of college students. It is hoped to explore a model focusing on physical and mental integration and artistic expression to pay attention to the mental health of college students .
