目的:建立HPLC法测定九味双解口服液中大黄素的含量。方法:以Dikma Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,采用外标法定量测定。结果:大黄素进样量在0.01682~0.4205μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99998)。平均回收率为103.5%;RSD为1.92%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适用于九味双解口服液中大黄素含量的测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Jiuwei Shuangjie Oral Liquid. Methods: Dikma Diamonsil C18 (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column. Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Standard quantitative determination. Results: The emodin injection showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.01682-0.4205 μg (r = 0.99998). The average recovery was 103.5%; RSD was 1.92% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and is suitable for the determination of emodin in Jiu Wei Shuang Xie oral solution.
