传统的计算三维晶粒尺寸分布函数(3D SDF)的方法大多基于S模型,从而导致极大的系统误差,其根源在于模型中的球状晶粒假设不符合实际晶粒组织特征,本文建立了基于多面体晶粒假设的A模型,并给出了相应的概率函数表达式及计算方法,理论分析及实验检验结果表明,A模型基本上消除了系统误差,显著地提高了计算精度,是一个较理想的几何模型。
The traditional methods of calculating the 3D SDF are mostly based on the S-model, which leads to great systematic errors. The root cause is that the spherical grain hypothesis in the model does not fit the actual grain structure. Based on this, A model of polyhedral grains is assumed, and the corresponding expressions of probability functions and calculation methods are given. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the A model basically eliminates the systematic errors and improves the calculation accuracy significantly, which is a rather ideal Geometric model.
