随着国有企业的改革与深受经济所有制结构大格局的影响,国有企业劳动关系正日益趋于市场化,若干不和谐因素逐渐显露并突出,严重影响着国有企业的发展。本文首先概述了构建和谐劳动关系的必要性,接着列举了国有企业在改革改制过渡阶段普遍存在的劳动关系问题,并就如何构建以和谐为准基调的劳动关系进行了对策研究,以建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的劳动关系调整新体制,促进劳动关系的和谐稳定,实现企业与员工的互利共赢。
With the reform of state-owned enterprises and the widespread pattern of economic ownership, the labor relations in state-owned enterprises are increasingly becoming market-oriented. As a result, some discordant factors have gradually emerged and become prominent, seriously affecting the development of state-owned enterprises.
