目的 :观察参地降糖颗粒与功能主治有关的主要药效学指标。方法 :用链尿佐菌素造成链脲佐菌素性糖尿病 (STZ DM)大鼠模型。观察不同剂量参地降糖颗粒对STZ DM大鼠和正常大鼠血糖、血脂、MDA及胰岛素的影响。结果与结论 :参地降糖颗粒对葡萄糖引起的血糖升高有明显的拮抗作用 ,并能明显降低血糖区线面积 ;对STZ DM大鼠血脂代谢障碍有明显的改善作用 ;对STZ DM大鼠的血MDA有明显的降低作用 ,表明有一定的抗氧化作用 ;对STZ DM大鼠细胞损伤有一定的修复作用。对正常大鼠的空腹血糖和血清胰岛素没有明显影响 ,而优降糖组则明显升高 ;对正常大鼠的血脂代谢亦没有显著的影响。
Objective: To observe the main pharmacodynamic parameters related to the function and indications of Shendi Jiangtang Granules. METHODS: Streptozotocin-induced diabetic (STZ DM) rat model was induced by streptozotocin. Observe the effect of different doses of Shendi Jiangtang Granules on blood glucose, blood lipid, MDA and insulin in STZ DM rats and normal rats. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Shendi Jiangtang Granules can significantly antagonize the glucose-induced elevation of blood glucose, and can significantly reduce the area of the blood glucose region; it can significantly improve the dyslipidemia in STZ DM rats; The blood MDA has a significant reduction effect, indicating that there is a certain degree of anti-oxidation; it has a certain repairing effect on the cell damage of STZ DM rats. There was no significant effect on fasting blood glucose and serum insulin in normal rats, but it was significantly higher in glibenclamide group. There was also no significant effect on lipid metabolism in normal rats.
