目前,欧洲三大航空对手法航-荷航、英航、汉莎航空在中国的竞争格局中已是难分伯仲,但对于合并后的法航-荷航集团而言,竞争似乎才刚刚开始,因为两家公司为了更好的发展中国区市场,对中国区管理层进行了重新改组。为了兼顾两家公司的平衡,很多高管也要像他们的员工一样,需要分出精力去了解双方公司。据说,目前在法航-荷航中国区,特意根据双方员工的经验编写了一本介绍双方国家及公司文化差异的手册,以便更好的互相协作。我们特意专访了法航-荷航中国区的管理层团队,想听听在这半年的合并时间里,这一欧洲“空中航母”内部究竟发生了哪些有趣的变革?将如何通过协作成长为重量级选手?
Currently, Europe’s three major air rivals Air France - KLM, British Airways, Lufthansa in the Chinese competitive landscape is almost none, but for the combined Air France-KLM Group, the competition seems to have just begun, because the two Companies in order to better develop the Chinese market, the management of China has been reorganized. To balance the two companies, many executives, like their employees, need to devote their energy to understanding both companies. Allegedly, currently in Air France - KLM China, specifically based on the experience of both employees prepared a handbook on cultural differences between countries and companies to better co-operate with each other. We specially interviewed the management team of Air France-KLM China and would like to hear what the interesting changes have taken place within this European “air carrier” in the past 6 months and how it will grow into a heavyweight through collaboration Player?
