目的 为了摸清用荧光测汞仪对高含汞及硫类化妆品的分析条件,以供实际应用。方法 采用智能冷原子荧光测汞仪,对该类样品采用二次稀释法,使经处理的进样峰值处于工作曲线要求的范围内,通过对各类化妆品采用标准加入法和变异系数进行分析。结果其回收率97.8%-102.0%间,对每类化妆品的同一样各进行10次平行试验,其CV为0.87%-1.51%。另外,含硫化妆品在消化中能与汞形成不溶于HNO3+HCIO4的HgS↓,使所检测出的汞含量与实际含量不符,通过利用王水作消化液对30份含硫样品分析,2种消化液对样品回收率在统计学处理上差异有显著性。结论荧光测汞仪测定高含汞样品,是一种精密度和准确度均符合要求的方法。
Purpose In order to find out the analytical conditions of mercury-containing and sulfur-based cosmetics by fluorescence mercury detector, for practical application. Methods A cold cold mercury fluorescence spectrometer was used to determine the peak value of the injected samples. The method of standard addition and coefficient of variation were used to analyze the various cosmetic products. The results of the recovery rate of 97.8% -102.0%, the same for each type of cosmetics 10 parallel tests, the CV was 0.87% -1.51%. In addition, the sulfur-containing cosmetics can form HgS ↓ which is insoluble in HNO3 + HClO4 with mercury during digestion, so that the detected mercury content does not match with the actual content. By using aqua regia digestion solution to analyze 30 sulfur-containing samples, The digestibility of the sample in the statistical analysis of the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Fluorescence mercury determination for high mercury content is a method that meets the requirements of precision and accuracy.
