二十多年的改革开放,以经济建设为中心,国家经济实力大幅度增强,人民群众物质生活水平迅速提高。不过我们也不能忽视在发展经济过程中许多亟待解决的问题。例如生态环境保护问题,文化事业同步发展问题等。重视和妥善处理这些问题,是经济持续发展的需要,是建设和谐社会的不可或缺的环节。“三个代表”思想中重要的一条就是代表先进文化的前进方向,因此,让文化事业的发展步入良性互动,已经是经济持续发展的必然需求。我多年在基层工作,感到乡村群众文化的发展,存在许多难点。 Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, with economic construction as the center, the national economic strength has been greatly enhanced and the people’s material living standards have rapidly risen. However, we can not ignore many problems to be solved urgently in the process of economic development. Such as the protection of ecological environment, the simultaneous development of cultural undertakings and so on. To attach importance to and properly handle these issues is the need of sustained economic development and is an indispensable link in building a harmonious society. An important part of the “three represents” thinking is to represent the advancing direction of advanced culture. Therefore, turning the development of cultural undertakings into benign interaction has become an inevitable demand for sustained economic development. I have worked at the grassroots for many years and feel that there are many difficulties in the development of the mass culture in the country.
